Talent Acquisition Executive

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support the growth of our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and improving recruitment workflows to ensure a structured and professional candidate experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Talent Pipeline & Recruitment Strategy

  • Support candidate sourcing across platforms and maintain an organised talent pipeline

  • Assist in outreach strategies to engage suitable candidates

  • Maintain consistent and professional communication across all touchpoints

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams

  • Track key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Support onboarding processes to enable smooth transitions for new hires

Daily Excellence

  • Screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking sheets

  • Draft clear and structured communication for candidate interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines

  • Support employer branding initiatives across recruitment channels

  • Document processes and assist in strengthening overall hiring workflows

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field

  • Experience with recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking workflows

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, documentation, and digital tools used in hiring

  • Understanding of structured hiring practices and candidate evaluation processes
