What You Will Be Doing
The Day-to-Day Magic
Make an impact with design – Create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions.
Test, tweak, and optimise – Develop A/B test variations to maximise campaign performance.
Turn briefs into results – Translate client requests into strategic, high-impact design solutions.
Balance creativity with efficiency – Manage client revisions seamlessly while maintaining creative integrity.
Own the room – Present design concepts and strategic recommendations in client meetings.
Stay ahead of the curve – Keep up with design trends, platform specs, and emerging tools.
Support and inspire – Mentor junior designers and help grow their creative skills.
Keep things consistent – Establish and maintain design standards and processes.

Requirements
Technical Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience with SEO execution (agency or brand side).
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS for on-page edits.
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Exposure to optimising or managing Google Merchant Centre listings is a plus.
Understanding of ranking factors, technical SEO, and algorithm updates.
Basic knowledge of Facebook Pixel and website tracking integrations.
Soft Skills
Experience that speaks for itself – 4+ years in performance-driven graphic design.
