SEO Executive

We're looking for an experienced SEO Executive who thrives on driving organic growth and loves seeing their work translate into actual business impact. You'll join our growing team to execute comprehensive SEO strategies across diverse client portfolios, working directly with our Head of SEO to scale our search marketing capabilities.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Mumbai headquarters where you'll be part of a collaborative team that values results over fluff.
What You Will Be Doing
Strategic Impact
Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, leads, and revenue
Optimise client websites across multiple platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Framer) for maximum search visibility
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and translate findings into actionable improvement plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to implement holistic SEO solutions
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging search trends (including AI-driven search platforms)
Daily Excellence
Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities
Execute technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimisation, structured data, and crawlability
Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles, Merchant Centre feeds, and local SEO initiatives
Build and maintain comprehensive tracking systems using GA4, GSC, and GTM
Create detailed performance reports that clearly communicate ROI to clients and stakeholders
Support content strategy with SEO-optimised briefs and performance analysis
What We Are Looking For
Essential Experience
2-4 years of proven SEO experience with demonstrable results (agency environment preferred)
Hands-on expertise with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce SEO optimisation
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
Technical SEO skills, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript basics, and Core Web Vitals optimisation
Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution modelling
