No Refunds
All payments made to No Fluff for services rendered are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for:

• Creative and design services.
• Brand strategy and campaign development.
• Content creation and copywriting.
• Social media management.
• Consultation and advisory services.
• Any other services offered by No Fluff.

Once a payment has been processed, no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued, regardless of whether the services have been fully, partially, or not yet delivered, except as required by applicable law.

Why We Have This Policy
Our services involve significant time, resources, and expertise committed upfront upon confirmation of an engagement. Given the customized and labor-intensive nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds once a project has commenced or a payment has been made.

Cancellations
Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing project or engagement may do so by providing written notice to accounts@nofluff.in Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for amounts already paid. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation remains billable, and No Fluff reserves the right to invoice for work performed but not yet paid for.

Disputed or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us at accounts@nofluff.in within [7/14] days of the transaction. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, correct any verified billing errors. This does not constitute a general right to a refund for services rendered as agreed.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting No Fluff to resolve the matter directly is a breach of this policy and may result in termination of services and pursuit of the amount owed through applicable legal channels.
